5. Client Responsibilities

All concepts, drawings, floor plans, renderings, mood boards, and design documents prepared by Falak

7. Project Changes
Any revisions or modifications requested after approval may result in additional fees and revised
delivery timelines.
8. Third-Party Suppliers
Falak Design may recommend furniture suppliers, contractors, manufacturers, or vendors. While we
strive to work with reliable partners, we are not responsible for delays, pricing changes, or
workmanship provided by third parties unless specifically stated in the project agreement.
9. Website Content
All content on this website, including text, images, graphics, logos, layouts, and design elements,
is the property of Falak Design and may not be copied or used without prior written consent.
10. Limitation of Liability
Falak Design shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising
from the use of our website or services.
Our liability shall be limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific services provided.
11. Confidentiality
We respect the confidentiality of every client project. Information shared during consultations and
throughout the project will not be disclosed to third parties except where required by law or
necessary for project execution.
12. Portfolio Rights
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Falak Design reserves the right to photograph completed projects
and use project images for marketing, portfolio, website, and social media purposes while respecting
client privacy.
13. Cancellation Policy
- Consultations may be rescheduled with prior notice.
- Project cancellations may be subject to charges for work already completed.
- Deposits may be non-refundable where specified in the project agreement.
14. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Qatar. Any disputes shall be

3. حجز الاستشارات
تخضع مواعيد الاستشارات للتوافر. وتُعد طلبات الحجز المقدمة من خلال موقعنا مجرد طلبات استفسار،
ولا تُعتبر موعدًا مؤكدًا إلا بعد تأكيدها من قبل Falak Design.
4. عروض الأسعار والمدفوعات
يتم إعداد جميع عروض الأسعار بناءً على معلومات المشروع التي يقدمها العميل.
- تظل عروض الأسعار سارية خلال الفترة المحددة فيها.
- قد تتغير تكلفة المشروع في حال حدوث أي تغيير في نطاق العمل.
- تُستحق المدفوعات وفقًا لمراحل المشروع المتفق عليها.
- قد تؤدي المدفوعات المتأخرة إلى تأخير الجدول الزمني للمشروع.
5. مسؤوليات العميل
يوافق العميل على:
- تقديم معلومات دقيقة عن المشروع.
- تقديم الموافقات في الوقت المناسب.
- توفير إمكانية الوصول إلى الموقع عند الحاجة.
- إبلاغنا بأي تغييرات في أقرب وقت ممكن.
- مراجعة مقترحات التصميم بعناية قبل اعتمادها.
6. ملكية التصاميم
تظل جميع الأفكار والتصاميم والمخططات والرسومات والمخططات الأرضية والتصورات ثلاثية الأبعاد
ولوحات الإلهام ومستندات التصميم التي تعدها Falak Design ملكية فكرية خاصة بـ Falak Design،
ما لم يتم الاتفاق كتابيًا على خلاف ذلك.
لا يجوز نسخ هذه المواد أو إعادة إنتاجها أو توزيعها أو إعادة استخدامها دون الحصول على
إذن كتابي مسبق.
7. التغييرات على المشروع
قد تؤدي أي تعديلات أو تغييرات يتم طلبها بعد اعتماد التصميم إلى رسوم إضافية وتعديل في
المواعيد المحددة للتسليم.
8. الموردون والجهات الخارجية
قد توصي Falak Design بموردي الأثاث أو المقاولين أو المصنّعين أو البائعين. وبينما نحرص
على التعامل مع شركاء موثوقين، فإننا لا نتحمل مسؤولية التأخيرات أو تغيرات الأسعار أو جودة
الأعمال التي تقدمها الجهات الخارجية، ما لم يُنص على خلاف ذلك بشكل محدد في اتفاقية المشروع.
9. محتوى الموقع
جميع المحتويات الموجودة على هذا الموقع، بما في ذلك النصوص والصور والرسومات والشعارات
والتخطيطات وعناصر التصميم، هي ملك لـ Falak Design، ولا يجوز نسخها أو استخدامها دون
الحصول على موافقة كتابية مسبقة.
10. تحديد المسؤولية

12. حقوق عرض المشاريع في ملف الأعمال
ما لم يتم الاتفاق كتابيًا على خلاف ذلك، تحتفظ Falak Design بحق تصوير المشاريع المكتملة
واستخدام صورها لأغراض التسويق وملف الأعمال والموقع الإلكتروني ومنصات التواصل الاجتماعي،
مع احترام خصوصية العميل.
13. سياسة الإلغاء
- يمكن إعادة جدولة الاستشارات مع تقديم إشعار مسبق.
- قد تخضع إلغاءات المشاريع لرسوم مقابل الأعمال التي تم إنجازها بالفعل.
- قد تكون الدفعات المقدمة غير قابلة للاسترداد إذا تم النص على ذلك في اتفاقية المشروع.
14. القانون المعمول به
تخضع هذه الشروط والأحكام لقوانين دولة قطر. وتخضع أي نزاعات للاختصاص القضائي للمحاكم
المختصة في دولة قطر.
15. تحديثات هذه الشروط
تحتفظ Falak Design بالحق في تعديل هذه الشروط والأحكام في أي وقت. وسيتم نشر النسخ المحدثة
على هذه الصفحة مع توضيح تاريخ آخر تحديث.
